Research Assistants, The Independent Police Complaints Commission
As the independent body responsible for the way complaints against the police are handled, we look into everything from near deaths in custody to public willingness to complain about the police. Research plays an important part in our bid to continually improve the service we provide to the public. Our in-house research team conducts studies that make sense of the huge amount of activity within the organisation and across the police service. Working in an open-plan, democratic environment, you'll be involved at every stage of a project's life-cycle, from research design to writing up the findings.
Closing date for applications: 22nd November 2005.
